Rosalia
Rosalia Vila known as Rosalia is the Spanish Pop/Flamenco singer. Since the age of 13 she has been involved in popular music and flamenco. Also, she has explored various genres, including hip-hop soul and trap. Pepe Habichuela, a flamenco guitar player of great talent, described her voice by saying it is sweet, with a traditional bit. Her debut album Los Angeles garnered attention from the U.S. public and earned the singer a Latin Grammy nomination for Best New Artist the follow-up album for 2018 El Mal Querer was a significant commercial and critical success topping Billboard's Latin Pop Albums chart and finally winning a Grammy. La Fama featuring Weeknd debuted in 2021. Motomami the third album by her was a collaboration with songwriting partners Cory Henry and James Blake. The album was released on March 20th, 2022 following the performance on Chicken Teriyaki by Saturday Night Live. Rosalia was the first Spanish singer to sing on her own in the show. Motomami was her album which has won the three Latin Grammy Awards also made her the first female to receive an award for Latin Album of the Year be awarded twice.
